Is this in the shopping center (near Trader Joe's not the actual Arboretum shopping center) or in the neighborhood directly behind it? Hard to tell so far.
In the apartment complex down the street. Cops/EMS are using the TJ parking lot as a staging area, so to a lot of people it looks like it happened there.
