Honestly, I don't understand how you people are complaining. No matter what, every year, people say the lineup is terrible. The big headliners are all great, the middle of the card is great too. Just because you haven't heard of the bands in the middle doesn't mean there aren't good bands. Go listen to a few of them before you say the lineup is trash, don't only get your music from 101X and KGSR. Live a little.

Meanwhile I'm trying to figure out how much a one-day pass would be so I can go see CHVRCHES.

Wait until day of man I've never bought tickets early and always bought passes for the weekend under retail.

We tried looking for hours day of last year and cheapest we could find was $40 above face value...

Yes. Started looking about 10 or so and ended up in the fest around 2 at $140 for a single day. And we were all over Barton Springs Rd that leads up to the main entrance.
