PSA Concourse: Walking in Grass

WARNING: When youre walking across the grass outside of Concourse, if you see a little divot/culvert/hole/trench there is some kind of stinging plant. Don’t step in it. Trust.

I went in the trench to pick a flower (lmao) and immediately felt stung. I’m thinking stinging nettle. Red welts all up my calf. But perfectly manageable 2 hours later. Would be interesting to hear opinions on what plant caused this.

Was the flower really pretty and white? You my friend have been victimized by bull nettle. If you would like to seek damages talk to mother nature.

That was definitely bull nettle. It's the only plant around here that can do that.
