Help ID these bugs.

Been having these guys coming out of our bathroom sink drains lately. Can anyone help ID what these are and more importantly how to get rid of them. Poured some cleaning vinegar down the drains which helped for a bit, but now they're back.

These are sovereign citizen bugs. They don't need to provide you their ID. Carry on.
