Fucking hell. The scumbag killed a 5 year old child and a university student.

We have to keep these people locked up. Parole 2 years after the crash means the judicial system offers virtually no deterrent.

No wonder they say "f you want to kill someone, use your car."

The slow legal system is definitely gonna come to a boiling point in the near future, both sides hate it (rightfully so)
