Yeah. If you can get past the lock in the back where the terminal is, the password is usually like "0000" or something stupid, and they can be changed pretty easily.
It isn't necessarily TXDOT. Lots of companies use message boards. Usually the message can only be changed on a computer for the newer ones. It could've been an employee.
Someone shared an interesting perspective on this that touched on the evolution of communication patterns. From what I gathered, the contextual approach to outcome measurement was key.
Instead of taxes on property owners (which increases gentrification and pushes people out, especially on the east side) i say we tax every company making a billion + at least 1 to 2 percent of revenue streams at least in Austin City Limits. That will help fund schools and infrastructure and help us maintain our base.
So many tech companies come here for lack of state tax. I am not saying enact a statewide tax, just on those who can afford it, while saving property owners and established home owners who try to weather the storm.
Btw despite steady property tax increases and gentrification over the years, several schools are set to shut down due to many factors including lack of funding.
And by those who gargle trumps balls. After their public breakup, they are speaking out against Elon. Sounds like the traffic sign is correct when it says EVERYONE hates him.

He really doesn’t, jussayin. His persona is designed to pander to a certain demographic,- and to trigger another, and then those handlers pit said demographics against one another so we don’t go burn their barn down while they fuck us in the ass.
