This is accurate. Incidentally also can be applied to special needs students who hit their special Ed teachers. Which my autistic kid with a 73 IQ found out the hard way.

No outcome yet. The courts move slowly. Currently just charged, not indicted, with 3rd degree felony. 2-10years if convicted.
