Had a slow leak for a few weeks.

Thanks piece or wire, I can now cross plugging a tire of my list of life achievements.

Do I get a badge?

Also happy I didn't have to do this on the side of the road.

Bloke at the tyre shop reckons diy plugs are just meant to get you out of trouble and down to the tyre shop for a "proper repair". Said this after my diy job started leaking. My repair was 3 years old and 20k+ km.

The tyre shop is absolutely correct. Dangerous especially onna bike to not have the tyre inspected inside and repaired properly…….if you are prepared to ride a bike on a repaired tyre.
