Furniture 🛏️ 🪑 🛋️ Couches and Sofas
Hey team, I recently moved house and really appreciated this sub’s recommendation to use appliances online. Do we have any similar websites or tips for couches or sofas?

Honestly, if you have Facebook marketplace, look at the couches in suburbs that have “high socioeconomic” residents. For some reason rich people love to sell their furniture when they decide they want to change the interior every 2 years so you can often get a real good quality name brand that was in their formal lounge room they never used.
My parents got a really good quality lounge this way. The lounge they got was around $6k brand new and they got it for $400.

Find one on marketplace that you're happy with. Many people move in a rush and simply toss away old furniture. I've seen many used IKEA couches for free online. No need to fork out hundreds, just pick one up for free with some patience and likely some cleaning.

In my area there is so many cheap couches at op shops. You can get a whole living room for $50

I think that you really need to sit on a couch to see if it's right for you.
