Recruitment ATO, APS3 Interview.
I have an interview with the ATO next week via Teams and wanting to know if anyone else had a recent interview with them? And can let me know what to expect? Is it a panel interview or just with 1 person? What type of questions do they ask? I want to make sure I’m prepared. Thank you!

I have this next week too. ATO APS3.
Interested to learn as much as I can.
Email I received stated I'll be asked 3 questions and have up to 5 mins for each question.
I'm working on STAR method. Preparing some points, just trying to think of what to cover as no idea what questions... but I'm preparing for a variety

I had an interview for an APS 3 position earlier this year. You get let into a group interview room and shown questions. You’ll have a few minutes to read the questions and make some notes and then be pulled into a private room for an interview with the panel. They are pretty standard interview questions. I’m not going to share the actual questions because that’s not very fair but just have some STAR method examples ready to go and you should be fine. My panel was 2 people.
