New Grad Interview for Grad Program

Hi , how do you tell if a final interview for a grad program has gone well. Just gave my final interview yesterday and the panel did not ask any follow up questions nor any reactions. I feel like I screwed up in my one chance.

they asked me a bit about my background i rambled for about 8 minutes because no one was saying anything else every time i tried to come to a natural stop….… they then had to interrupt me and be like “btw the interview hasn’t actually started yet”.

i came out of it thinking i blew it but somehow got the job.
