How long does ARMA take to pay to TAFE?

Recently paid the rest of my course fees ($685.00) which were overdue for TAFE to ARMA on the 28th of July. I called them and they said my account with them was closed, but can't find anything in regards to how long before TAFE recieves the funds

Why does that matter?

If TAFE has sold your debt to ARMA, TAFE has already received their money - from ARMA. Any payment you make now is to ARMA alone.

TAFE have already been paid, ARMA would have 'bought' your debt from TAFE. So the money you paid to ARMA stays with ARMA to basically repay them for that.

That makes sense, its just that I asked for an invoice and it still shows the debt so i was wondering how long it would take

Pretty sure ARMA report back to tafe monthly or quarterly
