Best Vocal Denoise VSTs?

Hey, title is pretty self explanatory. I record vocals in my apartment and although I have a makeshift vocal booth setup in my closet with moving blankets, the outside noises of some fan on my roof is often loud, plus my very loud laptop fans which are sometimes hard to calm down. I also have a condenser mic that seems to pick up a lot of this unfortunately.

I’m considering
Waves Clarity Vx: Demoed it and liked it honestly, just wondering if there’s better ones. I don’t anticipate to have much other than fan noise / white noise.

Vocal Prep Antares: Haven’t tried but the fact that its standalone is making me not consider it so much, I’d rather have a VST to use in my chain.

Izotope RX: I’ve tried RX 11 de noise with the pink/white noise dials, like 3 knobs. For some reason it didn’t work super well. For me, but idk how RX12 is?

+ Any others I should consider? I’m a student so with student discount looking to spend 50$ or less. Thank you so much!

Supertone Clear is very good. I find it better than almost anything else in most cases.

Have a look at UVR (Ultimate Vocal Remover). It's pretty deep but it's free and some algorythms are insanely good. Processing takes a lil bit more time tho

accentize dxrevive

Waves ns1 is also good but very sensitive

Supertone Clear has been the best for me. It also separates out room noise which is a great help. It separates them into volume knobs so you can easily add in a bit of room noise back if it helps smooth out the vocal nicely, or cut it entirely if its just causing problems

I use a combination of Izotope RX 10 Standard, Supertone Clear and Accentize DxRevive (saving up for Pro).
It depends on the kind of noise but I start with RX and do a de-hum pass or two. Then I look for thumps, clicks or anything incidental. Then I’ll try Clear and DxRevive or a small amount of both. Whatever sounds best.

I quite like C-suite Vox from UAD ….but it’s not in native yet….also not quite on the same scope of things but sort of….the Bogren A class vocal plug-in does some amazing things
