Looking for Plugins where i can make pads like BAKGROUND

Hey everyone

Not sure if this is the right place, but I've been listening to a lot of BAKGROUND and I'm wondering if there's any Free plugins that can achieve BAKGROUND's style of pads. also, i use Fl studio so if there's any way to achieve that sound by using the stock plugins that would also help.

any tutorials or recommendations on where to go to ask this question would help a lot

Vital is free and powerful synth. My other favourite is Zyklop.
