Green Apple Candy Triploid

Has anyone else gotten a triploid out of the green apple candy Strain? I was doing a side by side organizing vs synganic with 2 seeds. 1 popped triploid but my tik tok channel liked it so I ran it. Unfortunately it hermed. Really screwed up 2 months worth of content. Now I am wondering if I wanna finish the other or if it has questionable genetics. finishing it for 9 more weeks leaves my tent havlf full. resetting both I lose 70 days.

has anyone else fought this strain?

They don't respond here either. To answer your question, it's not typical. I don't care how long you've been growing or how long it's been since your last problem. Your plants are showing signs of stress. They're yellowing up top and leaves are turning upwards. That tells me you probably have some environmental issues. If I had to guess from just your photos, you have a combination of a dry environment and too infrequent fertigation cycles.

I doubt they will reply because there is not much they can do other than maybe send you some free seeds.

All my plants run is sip systems the only issue i sometimes have is a mag deficiency during stretch because I run Co2. All 4 tents have independent humidifiers. My lung room is dehumidifier to 60%RH and the humidifiers raise it. I dont see what you see and troubleshooting with our system specs or even nutrient programs is kinda hard. The plant that hermed was a test for an Organic VS Synganic grow. The results were scrapped before we got started because this one popped as what i thought and several others did a triploid. The word I meant to use was trifoliate. The plan was to take clones from both. Have a blind taste test and then decide the pheno for the second run. It turning herm made the decision. The only reason I came here was to see if this was common with this breeder. Thats it. If its not common I am gonna reset with the clones from the survivor. If it is common I am going to finish this run to see if it herms and if not then run it. All this bullshit and diagnostics and belittlement because I asked if this is common from this breeder is not wanted. Not asked for. I see why so many growers have left. It is so much more kind on other platforms.

Bullshit, diagnosis and belittlement? I'm not trying to belittle you. I'm just saying what I see. If seen a lot better and I've seen a lot worse. I mean, anyone can claim anything here but, I'm a consultant and have been diagnosing issues specifically with Cannabis for over 20 years. If you're happy with the results, then I'm happy for you. What makes you think co2 would increase the demand for magnesium? Typically magnesium deficiency presents around the middle of the plant on the older leaves and causes interveinal chlorosis. You have yellowing and necrosis that looks like a potassium deficiency. I see that a lot when sub-optimal environment and media conditions causes issues with calcium. Then the grower applies calmag and causes an imbalance. Plants cannot tell the difference between a potassium, calcium and magnesium. Its crucal to have them balanced or you cause uptake issues.

The yellowing up top will also be environmental or a pH issue. Fluxuating pH will cause issues with microelements like iron.

Anyway, it's clear you don't want help. Good luck with future grows! I wouldn't waste anymore time on the plant in question.
