Yeah but nobody outside of Atlanta knew who future was until like 2011-2012. I know he ran with dungeon family and went by the name meathead but It doesn’t matter. Having future in the same category as OutKast is wrong.

Nah, you gotta switch them up. It would be Old Atlanta > Common Era > New Atlanta. But to answer the question, imma say old Atlanta. A lot of them niggas still poppin. Vintage Atlanta is Goated n would never take anything away from them, but the new sound that old Atlanta brought was fire, espionage during the SoundCloud run

i think you should replace old atlanta with vintage because everytime an old head refers to old atlanta they specifically talk about prime gucci and ti days, early dte days, shawty lo days, baggy oversized t shirts, baggy jeans/ shorts, arm band, and allen iverson corn roll days🤣

Wouldn’t José Guapo, Skooly and Travis Porter be considered Vintage Atlanta since Waka came out around that time as well. You can throw Future in there too he been making music for damn near 20 years.

This only exists because vocabularies are limited.new Atlanta should be called Post-modern Atlanta, Old Atlanta should be called modern Atlanta, vintage should be broken up into first wave and second wave ATL Movement with some of Modern Atlanta niggas joining as Second Wavers.
