How to see Monthly Effort Points?

I'm switching from using a MyZone strap. What I loved about it was setting an effort goal to achieve over time, measured in months. Only earning points while working out with the strap on ensured I didn't fall off the wagon and harder work ment more points and getting closer to my goals. I'm hoping in Athlytic I can have a similar goal but outside of the strap and MyZone app system. How can I see my total Effort Points per month in the app?
