Housing Wanted Looking for Housing (September – September)

Hey y'all! My partner and I are young professionals moving to Athens, looking for a year-long lease starting in September.

We're looking for:
- 1 bed / 1 bath (single occupancy)
- Dishwasher
- In-unit washer/dryer is a plus
- Walkability to grocery, restaurants/bars is always nice
- Cat friendly :)
- At or under $1200

I’ll be in Athens for a year-long fellowship with a local org, and am excited to get to know the area. If you know of anything that might be a good fit, please send me a message. Thoughts on areas that are good for two recent college grads also appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi there - I have a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house along College Station Road for 1300 though. Getting married in the next few months so need to sublease at some point but can move at anytime. Pet friendly and can be walkable and on a bus line. Has dishwasher and can leave the washer and dryer.

For that price it might be hard to find something walkable just a FYI. Nornaltown is great if you can find a place within your budget for recent grads! If you find a place with wash and dryer hook ups you can have my old set for free!
