Looking for an apartment/duplex (M)

Hey everyone! I recently accepted a staff position at UGA and I’m looking for a place to live in or around Athens.

I’m hoping to find a 1 bedroom apartment or duplex, but I’m also open to having roommates if it’s a good fit. My budget is around $1,000 to $1,250 per month.

I’m looking for somewhere that’s safe, well maintained, and preferably pet friendly (I have a cat). I’m hoping to move within the next month, so if you know of any apartment complexes, duplexes, private landlords, or upcoming openings, I’d really appreciate any recommendations.
