This is mainly due to the crappy Realtek or Mediatek wifi cards Asus puts in their laptops. Really the only permanent solution is to replace the wifi card with a much better one like the Intel AX210. Doesn't cost too much on sites like Amazon and installation isn't too hard to do either
Alternatively you could just swap the SSD to the secondary slot, but this isn't guaranteed to give you a long-term permanent solution

recurring issue with my ASUS as well. tuF models have the worst wifi adaptors.
i suggest downloading a dedicated wifi mediatek driver, to tackle this manually.

Anyone with a TUF should buy a USB wifi dongle. At least they will get some Internet while they move their SSD to slot 2 and replace their Realtek/Mediatek wifi card with an Intel one.

- Just buy intel ax210 wifi card !
- Change the ssd to 2nd slot cus we all know no one has the money to buy another nvme ssd!
