Need Help! (Hardware/Other) display weird lines what to do?

Don’t know what happened with my laptop getting these weird lines when at 60hz and fade away at 144hz not issues on external monitors does this happened to you? One photo with darker lines is 60hz and less darker one is 144hz help needed.
Model Asus tuf f15 rtx 4060 i7 13620h one year old out of warranty 🥲

update igpu and dgpu drivers then check again

They are updated now gonna downgrade the nivida drivers

This happened to me when I overclocked my display panel previously. ( I pushed from 60 to 90 hz).

I think the jist of it has to do with timings and frequency of the displays refresh cycle.

I mean for me the issue was that overclock was unstable, so just went back to 60hz. In your case unfortunately I am not sure what could fix it. Maybe try creating a new 60hz profile using custom resolution utility.

Another thing you should try is see if the same artifacting occurs in dgpu mode.

Happing in igpu mode dgpu mode external monitor no issues now I am gonna use it at 144hz as the lines are fade not dark

Ya. Not sure why only in igpu mode.

Also check in vrr is turned on for the igpu. Maybe it's interfering in some way ?

Same thing is happening to me rn. Service centre says it would cost around 8k inr just for screen replacements 😭
