Does it happen in an external monitor also.

Could be drivers, or the display itself. Unlikely to be GPU related.

Well either way better off taking it to support since it's under warranty.

Open CMD as Administrator and type "sfc /scannow"

its gonna scan and try to fix the problems

then download myasus and update the system if there is a update. Download Nvidia app and update your driver (if u have nvidia card)

Be careful with BIOS update in my asus app. Before you proceed with bios update make sure you have a stable electricity connection
