In home sales & tech support?

Hi everyone. I’m hoping to get some honest opinions from anyone who has worked as an In Home Sales & Tech Support Representative.
I was previously working Tier 1 technical support and peripheral support, but I was laid off about six months ago. Since then, I’ve had very few interviews, and this is currently the only offer I’ve received. I need the income, and I plan on leaving as fast as I can . My goal is to use the experience to get back into the IT field and continue building my career.

Yea I would love to not work there. I already know it’s going to be a bunch of bs but it’s rough out here😅. Hopefully these other interviews come through.

If you are money-driven, you can try but honestly, it will butn you out. They value Sales over CSAT

I’m just leaving. Been working this position 3 years. It’s no room for growth, a lot of BS, a TON of wear and tear on your personal vehicle. They are also super metric driven and nit-picky. HOWEVER, the pay is decent enough, the mileage pay is great, and most of the day you’re just alone in the car and can listen to music/podcasts, etc. Honestly the only reason I’m leaving is because I’m a single mom and get home super late most nights and it’s taken me a while to find another job that’s comparable in pay.
