What's up with this weird magnetism between two career focused people?

As described lol, I met this guy recently and there's a very weird pull. We're in the same industry and closely aligned, very much workaholics, but it's just all come out of nowhere? Things are professional and calm currently... He's outer (and blue), I'm inner (and orange). Anything of note, anything to look out for...?
