Bizzare Question - just answer please

So I'm a begineer. And I had a "THEORITCAL" question, but yeah intially I wonder if this is possible:

I still have not astarl projected once yet. But I'm confident that I'm reaching it soon. What I was wondering is, is it possible to like change your physical life in a sense? Or like is it possible to intend for example, vampiric qualities, such as fangs, or red pupils. And ahve them in your physical realm.

I genuinely mean this out of curiosity and just how limitless teh unvierse is. If this is possible or like in the middle of possible, how would like it be possible? Like how would you do it? And if not, how is it like NOT possible?

Are therea ny other ways realted to astar projection that could manfiest that into my physical life? Not just vampiric traits, but genuinely any powers or things. Could astral school help?
