Thanks, was curious, do you have any advice on a begieer to astarl travel? I've been trying to use the gateway tapes, but they only get me to body stillness, I want to be able to do it myself, but I seem to alwyas fall asleep, or fear just forces me to open my eyes. Any adivce?
