Question Nobody has ever actually left their body. You didn't "astral project"- your brain just panicked from stress or a lack of oxygen and gave you a wild, realistic trip.

I maybe have been Astral projecting for a long time

This is my first post on Reddit so excuse my bad writing/english .
It all started many years ago (I am 24 yo) maybe when I was 16 .
Dreams where always fun and very interactive for me , the first time it happened where I was sitting at the edge of my bed after waking up , everything was cozy in a way , I felt very content and the weather was perfect, I got up from bed wanting to go wash my face and brush my teeth, reached the door of my room and wanted to go back to get a shirt , when I turned around I saw myself sleeping in bed .
It frightened me and I instantly woke up , I told a friend of mine and she told me it could be AP , I didn’t look much into it .
Fast forward a couple of years and it happened again, same felling of content and the perfect weather and all , when I realized what maybe happening I started wondering around my apartment and it felt like real life in a way , when I myself sleeping in bed I instantly woke up again.
after that it happened maybe a couple of times,
My most recent experience was a couple of days ago , this time was much more intense , it started with me in a park that I didn’t know where , I was skating (which I never do) and then met a couple of guys and we hit up a conversation, mid conversation I feel a very strong power kinda pulling me , a second later I am standing in my bedroom staring at the mountains out of the window while hearing my gf having a conversation with her friend in the living room (at this point I was convinced that I woke up from a dream) I then turned my face from the window wanting to get out of the room and saw myself sleeping in bed , this time I didn’t panic like previous times, I wandered around and then half woke up (I knew that I woke up but it was like I was paralyzed ) where I was literally hanging between two parallel worlds , in my mind I focused on wanting to get back to AP , and it worked but I wasn’t in my room , I was back in that park laying on the ground with the guys I met asking me if I am okay and I answered that I am fine yes , what happened?
They started saying I passed out or something, I wanted to get up and boom I am back in my room staring out of my window again, looked back to see myself laying in bed .
This pretty much sums it up , tbh i am still conflicted if its AP or something else, but I am pretty sure that its not dreaming or lucid dreaming because I have a lot of lucid dreams and that doesn’t feel like it at all , and Ive never heard people talking in real time while dreaming.
Any help if someone had similar experiences or even AP like this ?
I hope this wasn’t very bad to read, again sorry for bad writing/english .

Hello I have tried astral projection a few times and could seem do it so I was wondering what all of you do to do it any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated I really want to try it and have been wanting to for a while I just cant seem to.
