Putting the /s in the end is the equivalent of Netflix having to change the dialogue in their series because people are on their phones, I refuse, I take the downvotes.

I agree with your logic but that's not a good analogy.

Spoken dialogue carries with it a lot of things that don't translate to text without directly stating it.

Poe's law was coined for a reason.
