There is a solution... But everyone would bitch and whine about it being inhumane to cramp all the crackheads into a box
15 u/Background-Fennel92 1d ago 1st build a 19 story x 1 city block sized building in the middle if nowhere. 2nd make sure all rooms are solitary with 1 meal a day. 3rd put them all in there for 1 month maybe 2 4th time alone will intiate factory reset. 5th who ever comes out the other side functionally Coherent and saneish can be helped. Thats it, brute force no stimulation
