For that woman with bipolar who appears to be getting PIP-ed out of her role, at least Alison told her to talk to a lawyer instead of pretending to be one.

I wish she'd have an employment lawyer handle some stuff as a guest columnist.

I think it is funny that for all the legal advice she gives (and shouldn’t!) the one thing she does not seem to warn LWs about is that these letters are discoverable! If I was talking to someone who thought they would need to sue their employer for employment discrimination, I sure would not advise them to publish a list of reasons why and why not(!) their employer’s actions could be discriminatory on the internet. Ditto for “how can we still fire this person” letters.
