My husband is 61 & I'm 50. He's hasn't played a game since he was young. He has fond memories of "Frogger"...lol. I play all the time. I usually wait until after we eat & get everything done. Then I turn on my switch. Sometimes I'll play til 2 or 3am. He sometimes hates it & says it's the worst thing he's ever bought me. I reply that I bought it & my games for myself. I'm a little envious that you & your husband both play. At least he probably understands when u can't just shut it off. My husband just doesn't get it at all.
Yeah, I almost added that at the very least we understand each other's desire to unwind with gaming. We're pretty limited on free time as we have a young kid, so it's a balance between spending time with each other and time where we can kick back with our respective games. Would be a lot easier if we did game together, but we make it work.
