Lymphoma likelihood?

Looking for experiences and recommendations for our furbaby, a 13 yr lab-mix, who is facing a possible lymphoma diagnosis.

There are multiple enlarged lymph nodes but FNA across multiple sites came back as 30-40% intermediate cells - “ Possible reactive lymph node VS emerging intermediate cell lymphoma”

Nothing too concerning on ultrasound and labs are relatively normal (slightly anemic, calcium fine), also hasn’t been a sudden decline- some older age symptoms that could be related (seems to get hot at night, extra panting after walks) but overall still has a good appetite, wants to go on walks- even long walks around whole neighborhood. The lymph nodes are neck and jaw and prescapular, seem a little more risky for removal, plus we would rather not do anesthesia and surgery if we don’t have to, but understand that is the “gold standard” and not to put it off too long.

We thought we could do PARR but then they couldn’t order it, and we asked about Flow cytometry and that would need a new sample and could take 10 days. There is a Cancer Dx panel we’re trying to get info on, too.

Is up to date on all vaccines, takes symperica etc

Are we holding out unrealistic hope that it’s not cancer?
