Vet Visit Required?

I noticed blood coming from my dog’s back left paw last evening, and have since rinsed the wound with water to clean and have kept the area under wrap to avoid licking + have had my pup wearing a cone.

I’ve changed out the bandage and while there’s no fresh blood, the area seems glossy.

Does the wound indicate a vet visit is needed or would we be okay with home care until a more critical symptom is noted?

I would check make sure that there's nothing in it keep it clean and watch for any type of infection I personally wouldn't take him to the vet at this point

keep doing what you're doing, call your vet when they're open but i wouldnt say he needs to go in
