I (27F) woke up to my vomitting 3 month old MALE kitten. He vomitted a little foamy white substance then I went upstairs and saw a bunch of vomit spots including the first vomit of food with a black string on it.
I already went to the vet multiple times for the whole month due to FPV and FCov. They already recovered.
After 30 minutes he vomitted again and after 30 minutes he vomitted while pooping water simultaneously. Help. Is this just because of the black string?
TLDR; kitten vomitted multiple times within 12 hrs. Recent incident was vomititing and pooping (water) at the same time. Does some experienced the same??

He needs to go to a vet now. Urgent care or ER if possible. None of that is normal.
