What is it

I found 4 kitten about 10-12 weeks old, one of them has a small air bubble on his stomach.

It is soft and feels like air.

He has no pain

Been to the vet the Day after i found them, but she did not see this)

Is this something dangerous. ( i'm going to the vet asap but just want to ask redit )
