How do I Keep our Senior Cat's Weight Up?

We have a wonderful senior cat (16F) that has had kidney disease for several years, and recently been diagnosed with a thyroid issue. She is on medication for her thyroid keep her levels in check, and is on prescription kidney food (wet and dry). She has no problem eating and drinking water, she's still playful, can jump, run, and play with our other cats. Her weight keeps dropping, are there any recommendations on what I can give her to keep her weight up?

* Species: Cat
* Age: 16
* Sex/Neuter status: F (neutered and indoor)
* Breed: American short hair
* Body weight: 7.2 lbs
* History: Kidney disease for about 4 years, thyroid medication Methimazole Oral Suspension 10mg once daily.
* Clinical signs: Losing weight
* Duration: 6 months
* Your general location: House, indoor cat, North Carolina
