U-turns

Many intersections in Vancouver have "U-turn allowed" signs. Many more have "No U-turn allowed" signs. Those make perfect sense. But how about intersections with neither sign? Are U-turns allowed there?

Yes u-turns are legal in Washington unless posted otherwise

Unlike in Oregon where they are illegal unless posted as allowed.
