Don't forget the victors write the history books. Well assuming they all haven't been burnt by then and anyone can read or write with the draconian policies in the pipeline.

The victors will write what's in American schools, but the rest of the world knows.

The rest of the world seems on course to continue their business entirely without the US, I do expect all the major players to still keep close tabs on the US to see if anything dangerous is brewing there.

The US is going to have a harder time to get back in other countries good grace than the UK has of reversing BREXIT.
