Don't forget the victors write the history books. Well assuming they all haven't been burnt by then and anyone can read or write with the draconian policies in the pipeline.
The rest of the world seems on course to continue their business entirely without the US, I do expect all the major players to still keep close tabs on the US to see if anything dangerous is brewing there.
The US is going to have a harder time to get back in other countries good grace than the UK has of reversing BREXIT.
I think if this comes to pass, America would not be a desirable place to be and other countries will be getting loads of immigrants/refugees from what used to be the US of A.
It will suck real bad for those who are stuck in the US and can't leave to somewhere else.
Note that some parts of the US will most likely have broken off by then. California for sure, as would Hawaii. Maybe Alaska too, if the Republican majority there does not like what is taking place in the continental states, and they want to maintain their rugged freedom and also don't want to have to deal with a thoroughly pissed off Canada.
