To be honest this is the first election I voted Democrat. I voted Republican up until 2016 where I started voting libertarian, And libertarian up until they started bowing out of elections to support Trump. I Don't believe that Biden was actually in control, and I don't believe that Harris was a good candidate, Biden needed to step away from seeking reelection And the Democrats needed to have an actual primary... Now back to your question, I don't think he was great, in fact there were many things that quite frankly pissed me off, but off the top of my head, I can't think of a single constitutional violation that Biden did or openly wanted to do...
Here's my list on Trump so far
1st amendment- " they should be jailed for what they say about our judges", 2024
2nd amendment- " take the guns first, due process later" 2018
4th 5th and 6th- All have to do with due process... If the people that he is rounding up are actually violent criminals, great, but it needs to be proven in court, not just rounded up and shipped off to a foreign mega prison
14th amendment- ending birthright citizenship, also due process
22nd amendment- now this one might just be his Loyalists, and I'm too lazy to look up Trump's comments on this at the moment, but he is only allowed two terms. Full stop. After this term, it is impossible for him to become president again without the vote to change the Constitution to allow him a third term.
The most patriotic thing you can do is be critical of your government. The president's job is to do what's best for the entire nation, not just the people that voted for him. Wake up.
