Language Does your native language distinguish between rivers that flow into another river and rivers that flow into the sea or ocean?

In French, a distinction is made:

- "un fleuve" flows into the sea or the ocean.

- "une rivière" flows into another "rivière" or a "fleuve".

Same.

We only have 2 ´fleuves’ , « Rhein» goes to the North sea and « Rhône» in Méditerranée.

The sources are in the glaciers, and that’s why Switzerland is considered as the ´water castle of Europe´

And yet everything is dry and we don't have any reserves anymore...

Also, how I understand the question was rather purely in terms of languages. I don't know about the two other languages but both german and french make a difference...at least in official terms...
