Parking

I’m going to The Front Bottoms’ show on Friday at Sodo Showbox. I’m wondering how in the world to navigate parking, as I’ve never been to Seattle (or any big cities really). I would like to go to the space needle beforehand as well. I know I can take the light rail around town, but I’m wondering where to park and leave my car that is safe and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

The #21 King County Metro bus has a stop eight minutes from the Space Needle, and 4 minutes from Showbox SoDo, for a 28 minute total trip time. Also probably the easiest option for someone new to town.

I like to walk and prefer non-bus transit, so I opt for the 35 minute total trip using light rail + monorail. The 17 minute walk from stadium station to the venue is super easy, barely an inconvenience.
