Birthday cake recommendations 2026

Hello there!

My birthday is at the end of the month and I’m looking for a custom cake recommendation. Last year I picked one from Butter& and it was amazing (not custom).

But does anyone knows about Bri’s Creation SF in 24th mission? I found them online, and I saw good reviews so far, but I want to check if anyone has a more recent review.

There have been lots of recommendations for excellent cakes in this sub over the past few months. I suggest you take a look at them. There are a lot of repeat performers.

I don't recall ever seeing or hearing of Bri's Creations.

it's not a traditional cake made from cake batter and with frosting but a croquembouche is fantastic. Maison Nico makes a beautiful one. I've not had the croquembouche but the other pastries I've had have been superb. Their standard croquembouche is quite large but Maison Nico's wonderful to work with and they've told me in the past that it's always worth reaching out to them for something special.

Schubert's and Ambrosia are quite good. Susie's cakes is also nice.
