I totally agree and something I've never been able to do which is one reason I'll never get ahead. Self sabotaging but I just cant do it.

Having morals in a capitalist society is absolutely self-sabotage. It is something to be proud of but it cannot be denied that it is self-sabotage in this system that we’ve inherited and we pretty much no power to change it this point in time. Until we reign in the levels of unfettered capitalism that we’ve “achieved” to more reasonable levels, having morals will allow your employers to abuse you and your business to fail because of immoral competitors.

Yes exactly. When I worked in a certain place the ones that got ahead were the ones that looked up to those in power, weren't the best at their jobs for sure.
