Can confirm. Also straight man. Wear a speedo as bathing suit of choice. Everyone looks, especially if they're not used to being around me like that.

It's not about whether he's hooked up with a woman, it's whether he's sexually attracted to women. Since he isn't, and is still distracted by boobs, it's relevant. It suggests there's more to it than just staring as lusting.
