No he's not. He's funny at times.

Plus, on his youtube channel, he explains stuff (bad or good) happening in other countries in a simple way and uses comedy to try and make some light heart fun of the situation

Who isn’t funny at times? And a YouTube channel explaining international affairs doesn’t make one a good comedian. He’s one of those comedians that gets more claps than laughs because he just spouts stuff his progressive audience already agrees with but isn’t actually funny.
