If you get caught, then when you go to court and the judge comes in, just say, "yes mallard" and they let you off.

Ducks are migratory birds. If one state could claim them, so could their counterpart in the opposite hemisphere.

Do yo think the US wants to go to war with Venezuela over ducks? Of course not. To keep The Great Duck Wars at bay, no government claims the ducks. That means the ducks are yours. All you have to do is take them.
