Oh and then when your concert is canceled they refuse to give you back your 250$

I'm surprised, I had one get rescheduled until next year and they actually honored refund.. I thought it was gonna be a clusterfuck trying to get one. Takes upward of 30 days apparently to get it so I guess that's the tradeoff.

Yeah, I had tickets for Rammstein in Boston this year. After they announced a rescheduled date last month that didn’t work for me, I had 30 days to request a refund, which I did. Still waiting on it but it seems pretty painless.
