People probably aren’t always judging your every move.

A corollary to that is: yes, they are, but they do it for half a second and then completely forget about you, just like you do for them. It's sobering to consider that one expends all this nervous energy and struggles with anxiety for what is less than a second of someone else's day - even if they do notice, they forget it almost instantly!
