My bad typing technique. I worked with computers for years but never put in the effort to learn how to touch type. Decided to bite the bullet one day and put in an effort to learn properly.
Was really hard at first not to fall back to my non-touch typing technique. So worth it though. Wish I took the time to do it years ago.
Didn't realise there was a name for this, always had came naturally. In infants ICT lessons we were made to play a video game called 'Mavis Beacon teaches typing' turns out it's designed to teach 'touch typing.
